Google Adsense Referral Program !

I have written multiple times about Google Adsense and how it is a great way to earn revenue from your website. What I haven’t probably mentioned is that Google Adsense also has a referral program, one that Google upgraded recently and made it much more lucrative for you and me to try and promote Adsense.
Of course, I have been doing this for some time now from my old website EarnFromHomeIndia.com - this is the page where I explain more about Adsense and also give people a link which they can use to sign up. http://www.earnfromhomeindia.com/earn-through-adsense-india.htm - When they use this link to go to the Google Website to sign up, I get credit for this (Affiliate Marketing).
In the past, Google used to pay out $100 if a publisher you introduced to AdSense earned $100 in Adsense revenues. As most of us know (or will figure out), this first $100 is the toughest and it becomes progressively easier to earn money once you have made the first $100. What this means is that the referrers like us had to wait a long time for the new guys to make this first $100, to get paid anything at all. Also, as many quit before hitting this $100 (specially in India), it also means we did not get paid at all to refer new publishers unless they were successful too.
However, Google has changed the rules now. Under their new system, you get $5 as soon as someone uses your link and signs up. And then you get paid $250 if the referree earns the first $100 from Adsense. This certainly makes a big difference, as I am beginning to notice in my account. So, if you manage to refer 2 publishers successfully to Adsense every month, you get $10 immediately. Also, if they become successful in promoting their websites and earning through Adsense and hit $100 as their earnings, you will earn $500 from them.
Neat business, if you ask me. But only if you manage to do this consistently. The plan should be to educate people on how Adsense works, show them neat examples (like askpankajandarnab.com) 
- Refer them with your own Adsense promotion link, and get them to implement Adsense on their websites. Do this often, with as many people as possible… and you are looking at $500 per month from this channel. Sounds Good ? Add your comments please…

Exact Terms from the Google Website:
When a publisher who signed up for Google AdSense through your referral earns $5.00 within 180 days of sign-up, you will be credited with $5.00. When that same publisher earns $100.00 within 180 days of sign-up and is eligible for payout, you will be credited with an additional $250.00. If, in any 180 day period, you refer 25 publishers who each earn more than $100.00 and are all eligible for payout, you will be awarded a $2,000.00 bonus.

I am glad if I can be of assistance. However let me also be clear that there is no short cut (that I am aware of) while trying to make money off Adsense. Used to work earlier with Adsense Arbitrage, doesnt work too well these days.
I suggest you focus on the ONE thing that will keep you going in the days to come. You need to have websites which have Good & Original content. So you need to have websites where you can write stuff from your head, not stuff that you research and recreate.
If you pick categories like that where you have expertise, write original content, and write it regularly, good money will come your way. I suggest you focus on 2-3 websites and have depth in those, rather than 10-20 websites with little content.
My oft repeated Tagline says it all - Think BIG, But Plz Think LONG TERM !!

I want to know that as someone will join adsense through my refferel the same day i will be credited with $5 or it wil take some time to credit in my account? Means on monday if somebody joined through my refferal same day google will credit my account with $5.

I can not but agree with you, Arnab!!, for your guidance on the time frames that one can make money through adsense.
Yes, the first 10 USD per month is an excrutiating pain and frustrating expereince.
My advice - stick to what Arnab said, (my expereince says so) and be at it!!
And to add one more liner to your onliner…

Hello sir,
I made my own website with lots of travel affiliate links (all on my own without anybody’s guidance) and also put adsense ads in my site. But so far I have not earned a dime although I spent a lot. I may have to close down in a month or so because of shortage of funds.
What went wrong? Why am I not earning anything so far? Can someone help me out? Otherwise all my hardworks and efforts will be in vain. Hoping for the best!
